Expanded Thoughts/Review

I could yap all day about this show. It's my favorite sitcom of all time and I think it genuinely deserves all the hype it has. Basically every sitcom after seinfeld is seinfeld to some degree, the formula this show perfected is so good it feels weird to think that it established the stereotypical "sitcom formula" that everyone thinks is cliche now.

The reason this sitcom feels so cliche is because it basically invented the cliche formula! Hell, even icarly is seinfeld, to some degree. (Maybe I'll write a post about that some day... we'll see)

I'd say my favorite character is George simply because he has so many iconic lines it's hard to narrow it down to one.

when i watch tv i look like this

I LOVE TV. literally. i really do. im not just saying that because of tenna although he's the perfect character to project this love onto.

i'm not diagnosed as autistic (yet) but when i do and if i do, i swear i will always consider TV my special interest. sitcoms and shows make sense and life doesn't man idk what to tell you here's an abed nadir quote about it

"There is skill to it. More importantly, it has to be joyful, effortless, fun. TV defeats its own purpose when it's pushing an agenda, or trying to defeat other TV or being proud or ashamed of itself for existing. It's TV, it's comfort. It's a friend you've known so well, and for so long you just let it be with you."
